"900+ FUSE results (Dr. A)- a graduated approach"

Following are pictures of Kamran.
Often, patients visit our clinic and wish, for various reasons, to go for hair transplant in stages.
Patientís choice, once they are fully informed, is given full consideration.
Dr. A plans all such hair transplants after due discussion with the patient.

Kamranís particular case is not an isolated one.
There are people who go for smaller sessions of BHT. Then those that go for a strip along with a small bht session.
An individualized plan of transplant for each patient is very important.

Kamran has recently gone for another 900 grafts to fill in the other half of the front area.

This graduated approach to hair transplant is also a valid one.
Dr. A prefers to transplant one area fully at one time, so that, as far as possible, a repeat surgery is not required on the same area.

The before and after are with different cameras.

I work for Dr. A's Clinic.
I am not a Physician.
My opinions need not be shared by Dr. Arvind Poswal.

Following are pictures of the area that had been transplanted the last time (Jan 2005), and the area to be transplanted this time is marked.
The previous area will not be transplanted into as the patient feels that it is satisfactorily dense.

I like the quality of work.
If this person can get similar hair in all partsof his bald recipients, he will be set.

its worse when you lose hair young.

Unconventional! But a much better approach than if the person was transplanted thinly over a larger area.
He could probably, go for such strategic hair transplants while waiting for HM. I would, in his place.
Nice work.

We will evolve into an all bald world. Till then...

What are the dimensions of the triangle that you are about to work on? What are the number of grafts that will be used? Did this patient use any BH? Thanks.

GREAT looking hairline, IMO.

Also, IMO he would look much "better" (more stylish) combing his hair back instead of the old side part thing, but that's just me. Show off that hairline! Lol.

I too had my hair transplanted in many stages over 16 years.
14 strips (I know, a record) and one BHT session (Dr. U.) in the hairline.
So far so good.

As time goes on I will continue to refine my hairline and "fill in" any badly thinning areas.

More power to him and Dr. A.

Nice work.

Dear Sofarsogood,
Thank you.
I know this graduated approach is what you followed in your own case, over the years, with commendable improvement.

The patient has recently got another 900+ FUSE grafts to complete the other half of the frontal area.

Dr. A

Excellent work, as usual.
Given the low number of grafs, the improvement is pleasing.

I concur. The exit points are neat, the hair dense and naturally angled.
Great job.

I almost went to Bosley. Thank god for net.

>can you define exit point for me? never heard that.

Most of what I learnt was on this site.
By exit point I mean the point where the hair exits the skin.
You will see many hair transplants where the point of exit has telltale pits or knobs. To have the hair exit from a clean, level surface is what I think contributes to a good HT.
This case has very clean exit points.

I almost went to Bosley. Thank god for net.
