The results speak for themselves. Patient had 3200 grafts and was one of the first tricho's performed in our clinic eight months ago.

It looks promising. Keep the pics coming, definitely an option if this is proven consistently.

Yes, the scar can be improved. How much depends on several factors. If you like, drop me a line with pics and your history and we'll seee what can be done.

It didn't start out this wide, did it ? You can do another strip to fix the scar but there's no guarantee it won't stretch again. Just fue the scar, it's the simplest. You can use body hair as donor.

Jotronic, thanks.

Therapy, I don't know if the scar stretched or if it simply became more exposed as I lost more hair in the back. What is the success rate of Tricho and fue in fixing strip scar ?

Stitchmeup:

Do you have pics of your strip scar ? There are plenty of FUE in STRIP scar success stories in the Gallery
http://www.hairsite.com/hair-loss-pictures.htm

I too have a strip scar that goes across the back of my head, literally from ear to ear.

If you want, email me at hairsite@aol.com with your pics, I can get different doctors review your case for free and let you know what is possible in your case.

Jotronic,
why does the lower side look very straight and uniform, while the upper side looks random ?

Do you have a description or a video of this closure ?

thanx

jotronic,

what do Dr. Hasson and Wong and yourself think about new scarless healing drugs such as Juvista that could be on the market by the end of the decade? Would you implement these in your practice? Do you think if this drug works you could use it in conjunction with trico to produce scar free results?

HTNONO,

Good to hear from you. I hope all is well for you. Yes, I've read about it. I stumbled across it a few months ago online and it sounds convincing. If it pans out to be what it claims then I'm sure we'll seriously consider it. When we see something that works well, we take it on. This was the case with tricho.

Pharoh,

Probably because it was really hard to hold the camera AND the comb at the same tim Yes, I took this myself while holding the comb too.

There is one video that we have on our homepage. Unfortunately our video camera is fried so I'm researching for a nice replacement unit.

I'd pay to see what it looks like shaved down to a #1. The pix is pretty to look at but wolf in sheep's clothing in my opinion. Strip is strip, they are still going to rip a big chunk of your skin out.
